Summary

The bartender acts as an Ambassador with the goal of wowing all customers.  By displaying their extensive knowledge of drinks, the properties and activities available and stunning customer service, Bartenders will entertain and serve customers while following all policies and procedures.  Bartenders go the extra mile by ensuring that their work environment is clean, neat, organized and always ready to provide exceptional customer service. Centreville Amusement Park is a fantastic place for anyone who is looking for a workplace that is in an outdoors environment. We employee many students looking for summer employment, which makes for a great experience to meet new friends. We provide a flexible work schedule, for all employees. We are company that wants our employees to succeed and have fun, by hosting staff BBQs, Semi Formal at the end of the season and we also have a ferry pass that allows employees to get to and from work and that can also be used at other attractions in Ontario.

Food & Beverage Manager

Job Duties:

• Take beverage orders from serving staff or from guests,

• Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages for servers or to serve to guests,

• Collect payment for beverages and record sales,

• Maintain and document inventory, by performing opening and closing counts for bar or concession,

• Ensure to request bar stock when needed,

• Ensure bar area or concession is clean including glassware,

• Ensure to comply with provincial/territorial liquor legislation,

• Ensure to check identification of guests,

• Report any incidents to management

Requirements:

• Smart Serve Certified

• 1-year of bar experience is an asset,

• Excellent communication skills,

• Able to work under pressure,

• Ability to stand for long periods,

• Available when we need you – days, evenings, weekends and some holidays
