Summary

The Facility Services supervisor will oversee and assist with ensuring that garbage’s, washrooms and overall grounds of the park amusement park and other areas with operate are maintained and cleaned. The ideal candidate will have some supervisor experience and understand the importance of ensuring that facilities and receptacles are maintained in a timely fashion. This is full-time seasonal position from April to October. At William Beasley Enterprises Limited we are team and with that we try to host staff events throughout the season such as BBQs.

Reports to

General Manager

Job Duties:

• Ensure and assist when needed in the cleaning and maintenance of public washrooms.
• Train all employees on job duties and safe handling of chemicals when cleaning
• Formulate weekly staff schedules.
• Resolve any staffing issues that may arise or notify management of any issues.
• Resolve any customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Formulate inventory order sheet and communicate that with management.
• Assist with any maintenance issues that may arise with garbage or in washrooms.
• Ensure that garbage’s and recycling are rotated in a timely manner and that garbage and recycling are in key areas around the.
• Oversee all employees and ensuring that they are completing tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• WHMIS training is an asset.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work in adverse temperatures.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• G driving license is an asset
• Housekeeping or grounds keeping experience an asset
