Summary

The Food Runner/Busser are key components of the restaurant. They will work with both servers and kitchen staff to ensure all prepared plates are delivered to the appropriate tables. They will assist guest with any questions and assist servers as the need requires. Work closely with manager and host to have tables ready for next guests. Centreville Amusement Park is a fantastic place for anyone who is looking for a workplace that is in an outdoors environment. Job Duties:

• Ensure all plates are have the appropriate sauces.
• Monitor presentation of plates being served and matching the order chits.  
• Ensuring that the needs of the guests are met when delivering their order.
• Preparing tables to accommodate large parties.
• Completing cutlery roll ups as required.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Re-stocking of items to appropriate areas.
• Place at empty beer bottles in appropriate cases.
• Sort all dirty dishes and deliver to kitchen dish area. 
• Other duties as deemed necessary or as directed.
