Centreville Amusement Park is a fantastic place for anyone looking to work in an outdoor environment. Working in the Food Services Department you will have the opportunity to train and work in our various food locations such as Pizza Pizza, Beavertails, and our quick service fast food stands. As a company we want our employees to succeed, gaining both life and leadership skills. It is important that our employees are rewarded and that Centreville is a fun, safe environment. We host staff events throughout the season such as BBQs and an end of season Semi Formal as well as offering job incentives such as giveaways and awards.

Food Services Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Take and serve customers orders,
• Use deep fryer, grill, oven, or other kitchen appliances to prepare food items such as pizzas, hamburgers, fries, ice cream milkshakes etc,
• Portion, assemble, and wrap food and place in take-out containers or servers,
• Use coffee and tea machines to prepare hot beverages,
• Serve guests at concession stands,
• Stock refrigerators, prep table lines,
• Record all opening, closing and transfers counts of inventory,
• Put in inventory requests to stock attendants,
• Ensure work area remains clean and sanitized,
• Dress food items to guest’s requests

Requirements:

• Able to work under pressure,
• Able to stand for long periods,
• Able to work in a team setting,
• Excellent Communication skills,
• Able to work with little supervision
