Cash Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Greet guests,
• Process transactions using POS system and credit card machines,
• Suggestive selling to guests,
• Establish pricing for goods, or services,
• Ensure completion of opening counts and closing counts on tally sheet,
• When needed request for inventory transfers and record numbers on tally sheet,
• Communicate with guests ride restrictions and ticket amounts,
• Sell all-day ride passes, season passes or tickets to guests,
• Receive and process online coupons,
• Measure guests to ensure appropriate pass is being sold,
• Answer guest’s questions about the amusement park or Toronto Islands,
• Perform general accounting calculation duties at end of shift,
• Report any discrepancies in cash and inventory,
• Work lineups and answer guest inquiries, assist in putting on wristbands,
• Operate food concession register processing food orders,
• Serve guest food products, while following safe handling procedures,
• Other duties in other departments may be assigned
