At Far Enough Farm, Sylvia is responsible for overseeing all farm operations and for ensuring that all animals receive excellent care at all times and that their enclosures are maintained to an equally high standard.
She is also responsible for overseeing the breeding of the animals, most of which are born at the Schomberg Farm and then transported down to Far Enough Farm in Spring/Summer.
Lindsay Dorian has been working with animals for most of her life. She began riding at the age of seven and competed on the Ontario hunter/jumper circuit for over 15years.
Lindsay studied zoology at UofT and spent several years working with wildlife rescues, both at home and abroad, in northern Australia. She has been a caregiver for a variety of species including farm animals, reptiles, native songbirds, parrots and even kangaroos!
At Far Enough Farm Lindsay oversees the day to day care and feeding of all the animals, as well as providing enrichment and fun activities for both the animals and visitors.
There are a number of farm hands working at the farm to aid the Farmers with their duties and to answer questions from visitors.
